Deleting your Elements of Witches & Wizards account

You can delete your account and its data from inside the game: open the Account icon on the main menu and choose Delete my account. This runs immediately and needs no request form.

If you can no longer sign in, use the form on this page instead. We verify the request by email and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• • Your player name, email address and profile photos
• • Your entire save — island, heroes, cards, gear, orbs and season progress
• • Your public profile, your ranking row and your profile wall
• • Every chat message you have posted, in world, clan and battle channels
• • Your friend links, removed from both sides
• • Your notification settings and your copies of any reports you filed
• • Your sign-in itself, so the account no longer exists

What is kept, and why

• • Reports you filed about other players are kept, with your name removed from them. The evidence stays so that a moderation decision can still be reviewed; the reporter becomes anonymous.
• • Google Play purchase records are held by Google, not by us. We never receive or store your payment details, and we cannot delete Google's record of a transaction. Manage that data through your Google account.
• • Our payment provider's subscriber record (RevenueCat), which holds an anonymous purchase identifier and no personal details. Ask us to remove it and we will, at the address below.

Anything you bought stays with your Google Play account rather than with your save, so a new account starts empty.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. A small number of public chat lines may take up to 30 days to clear from every channel. Requests made through the form on this page are completed within 30 days of us verifying your identity.
